IP Intern
In this game you bring to life a newly hired government intern in the field of intellectual property, where your role is to analyze requests from people or companies to register their intellectual property, approving or denying these requests.
Based on this presentation, we created an innovative and educational game that is intended to be used as an educational tool for students, entrepreneurs and anyone aiming to learn in the best way, and with its interactive and accessible approach, it is an attractive way to learn about this complex and important topic in a deconstructed way.
As we present in the game concept, the game was developed with the main objective of promoting education, and in it the player will go through a process composed of several stages, described below:
- The two information guides located to the right of the player will contain all the necessary elements about intellectual property, from its concepts and origins to the step by step for its registration and protection.
On the computer, the player will have access to different work tabs, which we will discuss below:
- Order Requirement:
At this stage, all the data and information necessary for making an intellectual property request will be made available, such as customer information, service data, brand and GRU data.
2. Customer data:
In this step, the player will use the tab to verify the customer's data and compare them with the system, and, if errors are detected, he must indicate the error.
3. GRU Verification:
In this step, the player will verify that the GRU payment was made correctly by the customer, and, again, if there are errors, he must indicate the error as necessary.
4. Brand Database:
Here, the player will verify that there is no infringement of intellectual property in progress (plagiarism), being necessary to compare the brand present in the registration request with those already existing in the governmental database.
5. Email:
Finally, this stage will provide a space where the user's boss will provide feedback about his work, indicating possible mistakes made and providing guidance for correction, thus allowing continuous learning from the experiences.
